iSpring Free PowerPoint to Flash Converter 5.5

iSpring Free PowerPoint to Flash Converter Editor's Review

iSpring Free is a tool designed to help you easily convert PowerPoint presentations into Flash video. The program is actually a Microsoft PowerPoint add-on, which means that if you want to download and install it, you need to have MS PowerPoint already installed on your computer. You need to register the program in order to be able to use it, but don't worry, the registration is free of charge.

After installation, the program will place an entry in the Start Menu. If you wish to take a quick tour of the program's features, you can use the Start Menu shortcut. Otherwise, iSpring Free will be available whenever you use MS PowerPoint. The add-on will be displayed as a button in the PowerPoint Menu. Clicking on the button will reveal the application's options.

When it comes to options, creating a Flash (SWF) file from a presentation can be customized: you convert all the slides or only the ones you select and you can choose to generate HTML embedded Flash in order to view the newly created file from a Web browser. You can select a looped playback, the slide duration and the step advance time. The nice thing is that you can even insert other Flash object into a PowerPoint presentation before converting it to SWF. The newly created Flash files can be saved in a local folder or you can upload them directly to your SlideBoom account, in case you have one already.
